Mark is a graduate of Elida High School and Bluffton College with a Bachelor of Science in Economics. Mark joined Webb Insurance in 1999 managing the Life Insurance Department. He is active in Lima Sertoma Club.

He is an avid runner and likes to run marathons. He also coaches cross country for Van Wert. Mark is a sports reporter for the Lima News.
