Becky is a graduate of Earlham College and started in the insurance business with Western Southern in 1982. She joined Webb Insurance in 1988 as the manager of the Health Insurance and Group Benefits Department. Becky is also active member of the Lima Rotary Club.

She has completed the LUTCF and has completed 9 parts of CLU.
