	Roger started in the Insurance business in 1971, with Metropolitan Life. He joined the Boose Agency in 1975. When the Boose Agency merged with Webb Insurance in 2002, Roger became an agent with Webb Insurance. In his spare time he plays Golf and enjoys Fishing.

Jack Somerville (jsomerville@webbinsagency.com)

In 1955, while still attending college, Jack became a licensed Insurance Agent and joined Folsom Insurance Agency. Jack graduated from Ohio Northern University in 1957 with a Bachelor's Degree in Business Education. In 1969 Jack became a full partner and in 1971 he purchased the agency that became Folsom-Somerville Insurance Agency. In 2002, the agency merged with Webb Insurance Agency, Inc.
Jack is very active in the community. He is the founder and first President of the Lima Exchange Club. He was an organizer and first President of Crime Stoppers. He served on the Lima Civil Service Board for over thirty years and has been an Allen County Special Deputy for forty-five years. He is Past President of the Fraternal Order of Police. In 2006 he was honored with the Liberty Bell Award by the Allen County Bar Association.

Stephanie Larcom (slarcom@webbinsagency.com)

Stephanie started her Insurnace career with Webb Insurance in April of 2000. She currently works in the Bluffton Branch Office, where she writes both Personal and Commercial Insurance.

In 1994, Stephanie graduated from Asbury College in Wilmore, KY earning a Bachelor of Arts degree in Broadcast Communications. Stephanie has completed her INS Course work and is currently working towards obtaining her Chartered Property and Casualty Underwriters Designation (CPCU).

Stephanie is a member of the Bluffton Chamber of Commerce and participates in the Pandora-Gilboa PTO. She has been active in the Bluffton Area Relay for Life.

Stephanie has two young sons. In her free time, She enjoys singing at Church and organic gardening.

Michael Sarno (msarno@webbinsagency.com)

Michael graduated in 2003 from Elida High School. He went on to the University of Findlay and graduated in 2007, with a Bachelers Degree in Criminal Justice.

Michael joined Webb Insurance in May of 2007, which made him a fourth generation Insurance Agent in the Sarno family. Michael is currently studying to achieve his Chartered Property and Casualty Underwriter designation. (C.P.C.U.)

Michael is also active with being the Assistant coach for the Men's and Women's Tennis Teams at the University of Northwestern Ohio.

In his spare time, Michael enjoys playing Tennis, Basketball and Golf. He also enjoys Camping, Fishing, Boating and going to Sporting Events.

Rick began his insurance career with Webb Insurance in 1992, learning the business from his father, Tom Moening.

Rick is a graduate of Elida High School and earned his Chartered Property and Casualty Underwriter (CPCU) designation, which is a program of comprehensive insurance study. Rick was appointed to the Webb Insurance Board of Directors in 2005 and elected VP of Sales in 2006.

Rick is actively involved in The Lima Noon Optimist Club and Lima Community Church of the Nazarene. He is a 1999 graduate of the Allen/Lima Leadership Program.

Rick enjoys playing golf and spending time with his family in his spare time.

Marcia J. Lammers AIS,C.P.I.W., C.P.C.U. (mlammers@webbinsagency.com)

Marcia began working for Webb Insurance Agency in 1970 and has worked in many facets of the agency operation, as claims manager, personal lines manager,computer operations coordinator, and is currently the branch office manager of the Bluffton, Ohio office. She was appointed to the Board of Directors of the agency in 1998.

Marcia has completed the INS course work and received her CPIW designation. She has earned her Chartered Property and Casualty Underwriter (CPCU) designation, a five year program of comprehensive insurance study.

Marcia is an active member of the National Association of Insurance Women serving as President in 1997-1998. She is also a charter member of the Bluffton-Pandora Rotary Club. Marcia is the Education Director and member of the ESOP committee for Webb Insurance Agency.

Marcia enjoys baking and gardening in her spare time.

Tom has been in the insurance business since 1982. After graduating from Elida High School, Tom joined his father, Tony as an agent with Beck & Sarno Insurance Agency. When the Beck & Sarno Insurance Agency merged with the Webb Insurance Agency in 1997, Tom became an Agent with Webb Insurance. He was appointed to the Board in 2004.

Tom also has been involved in civic and social community affairs over the years. He is past President of the Bulldog Youth Athletic Association and is currently the Executive Secretary of the Independent Insurance Agents of Lima/Allen County. He is also an active member in Lima Sertoma Club. In his spare time he enjoys Fishing, Camping, and Sporting events with his family.

Michael W. McGough, C.P.C.U (mmcgough@webbinsagency.com)

After graduating from Miami University in 1973 with a Bachelor of Science degree, Mike joined his father, Bill, as an agent with the McGough Insurance Agency. When the McGough Agency merged with the Webb Insurance Agency in 1986, Mike became an agent with Webb.

Mike has earned his Chartered Property and Casualty Underwriter (CPCU) designation, a five year program of comprehensive insurance study. He is a member of St. Charles Parish, and has served on the boards and committees of several civic organizations, such as the Heart Association, American Cancer Society, Lima Rotary Club, and the St. Charles School advisory board.

Mike is a life long resident of Lima and is very active in the area of youth sports having coached youth hockey, basketball, softball, baseball and soccer.

Larry R. Webb, C.P.C.U (lwebb@webbinsagency.com)

Larry began his insurance career in 1977, having learned the business from his father, Perry Webb.

Larry graduated from Ohio University with a Bachelors in Business Administration degree with a minor in Aviation. He has since earned his Chartered Property and Casualty Underwriter designation (CPCU), a five-year program of comprehensive insurance study. Larry is past president of our area's CPCU chapter.

Larry has been very active in the community, having been chairman of the Teddy Bear Fund, and is currently serving as a director of the American Cancer Society, Limaland Business for Progress, and the Allen County Airport Authority Board. Larry is also very active in The Rotary Club and Trinity United Methodist Church.

Larry enjoys flying, scuba diving, and working in his yard in his spare time.

Nick is a graduate of Elida High School and has been in the insurance business since 1990. Nick joined his father, Tony as an agent with the Beck & Sarno Insurance Agency. He joined Webb Insurance when Beck & Sarno Insurance Agency merged with Webb Insurance in 1997.

Nick is currently pursuing a Chartered Property and Casualty Underwriter (CPCU) designation, which is a five-year program of comprehensive insurance study.

Nick is also actively involved with Kiwanis Club.

Nick enjoys playing tennis and golf in his spare time.

Rob joined the Webb Insurance Agency in 2002. He has learned the business from his father, Tom Moening and brother, Rick Moening.
Rob is a graduate of Elida High School and is currently pursuing a CPCU designation.

He is a 2005 graduate of the Allen/ Lima Leadership Program. Rob is a Board member of the ALL Teddy Bear fund and a member of the Exchange Club.

Rob enjoys golfing and spending time with his family.

Tony started in the insurance business in 1964. For thirty years, he owned the Beck & Sarno Agency. In 1997, his agency merged with Webb Insurance Agency.

He is on the advisory Boards for Meridian Mutual Insurance and Western Reserve Mutual Insurance.

Tony is involved with UNICO of Lima and National Service Club. He is the past President of Westside Swim & Racquet Club.

Tony enjoys tennis, golf & basketball in his spare time.

Rebecca L. R. Waggamon (rwaggamon@webbinsagency.com)
	Becky is a graduate of Earlham College and started in the insurance business with Western Southern in 1982. She joined Webb Insurance in 1988 and is the manager of the Health Insurance and Group Benefits Department. Becky is also active member of the Lima Rotary Club. She has completed the LUTCF and has completed 9 parts of CLU.

	Mark is a graduate of Elida High School and Bluffton College with a Bachelor of Science in Economics. Mark joined Webb Insurance in 1999 managing the Life Insurance Department. He is active in Lima Sertoma Club. He is an avid runner and likes to run marathons. He also coaches cross country for Van Wert. Mark is a sports reporter for the Lima News.
